BOOKING & PAYMENTS

How do bookings work?

All wedding and festival bookings are handled through event-specific booking pages. Guests book accommodation via a unique link shared by the wedding couple or event organiser and pay directly with Intent Glamping.

Private Hire bookings are enquiry-led and confirmed manually.

Can I book accommodation without a booking link?

For weddings and festivals, bookings can only be made via the event’s booking link.

If you’re attending a festival and don’t have a link, please submit an enquiry on the Festivals page and we’ll direct you to the correct booking page if it exists.

How do payments work?

Guests pay securely online at checkout. We accept:

  • Stripe
  • PayPal
  • Revolut

For Private Hire, payment terms are agreed following enquiry.

Can I pay a deposit?

Deposit and payment terms may vary depending on the event or booking type. Full details will be clearly displayed on the booking page or confirmed during enquiry.

WEDDINGS

How does wedding guest booking work?

Once a wedding is confirmed, we create a dedicated booking page for that wedding. The couple shares this link with guests, who then book and pay directly with us.

This removes the need for couples to manage payments or chase guests.

Can wedding booking pages be password protected?

Yes. Wedding booking pages can be password protected if requested by the couple.

What tent options are available for weddings?

Typical wedding packages include:

  • 5m bell tent for 2 people
  • 5m bell tent with beds

FESTIVALS & EVENTS

I’m hosting a festival – how do I offer glamping accommodation?

Submit a Festival Organiser Enquiry via the Festivals page. We’ll work with you to create a unique booking page for your event that you can share with attendees.

I’m attending a festival – how do I book?

Accommodation is booked via a festival-specific booking link. If you don’t have the link, submit the Festival Attendee Enquiry and we’ll help point you in the right direction.

Can I choose which festival I want to book on the website?

No. To avoid confusion, festivals are not listed publicly. All festival bookings are link-only and tied to a specific event.

PRIVATE HIRE

What types of private events do you cater for?

We provide glamping accommodation for:

  • Garden parties
  • Birthdays and celebrations
  • Family gatherings
  • Corporate events and retreats

Private Hire bookings are enquiry-led.

How do I book Private Hire?

Submit a Private Hire Enquiry with your date, location and guest numbers. We’ll discuss your requirements and confirm availability and pricing.

SETUP & REQUIREMENTS

How much space is required?

Space requirements depend on the number and size of tents. We’ll confirm this during enquiry or provide details on the event booking page.

Can you set up on patios or artificial grass?

In many cases, yes. Please include details of your ground surface in your enquiry so we can advise appropriately.

Are the tents waterproof?

Yes. Our bell tents are made from high-quality canvas and are suitable for outdoor use. However, severe weather conditions are outside of our control.

What happens on the day of setup?

We deliver and set up the tents ahead of guest arrival. Setup times and access requirements will be confirmed in advance.

Can I hire tents for more than one night?

Yes. Multi-night hire is available depending on the event. Details are shown on the booking page or confirmed during enquiry.

EXTRAS & GROUPS

Can groups request to be pitched together?

For weddings and festivals, guests can request to be pitched together by including a group reference during booking. We’ll do our best to accommodate this, subject to site layout.

Do you offer additional extras?

Optional extras such as chill-out tents or communal spaces may be available depending on the event. These will be discussed during enquiry or shown on the booking page if applicable.

DELIVERY & COVERAGE

What areas do you cover?

We provide delivery, setup and collection across Ireland. Travel details and any associated charges will be confirmed during enquiry or shown on the booking page.

CANCELLATIONS & POLICIES

What is your cancellation policy?

Cancellation terms vary depending on booking type and event. Full details are provided in our Terms & Conditions and on the relevant booking page.
